Chapel Grove is a new development located on Pines Blvd. and NW 209th Avenue. While located near the Chapel Trail Community, Chapel Grove is not part of the Chapel Trail HOA and will be governed by it’s own Homeowners’ Association. The project consists of 132 two and three story townhouses with a clubhouse and a pool.
